About Us
Our founder, Anthony Miguel arrived in Australia in the 1960’s and after a long search for authentic and fresh tasting Middle Eastern foods, he took his mothers Lebanese recipes and started to craft his own gourmet dips, falafels, and rice puddings using Australian ingredients. Anthony named the business Back to Original (BTO) to encapsulate the originality and authenticity of his traditional Lebanese foods.
Anthony’s home business went from strength to strength as people tried his food and spread the news of his authentic food and flavours. As Anthony expanded the business out grew their facilities 3 times and about to relocate again! Anthony continued to expand and can be found watching over the team.
